Section one
Hire an AI Employee on a monthly plan, or pay only for the AI you actually use. Both options are below, along with a plain-English explanation of how token billing works. You can check your AI usage and every charge at any time under Settings > Billing > Wallet & Transactions in your Tekmatix account.
Most AI features are charged by the token, not by the message. Three things to know before you read the rates.
A token is a small piece of text. One token is roughly four characters, so 1,000 tokens is about 750 words and 1,000,000 tokens is about 750,000 words. Prices below are shown per 1,000,000 tokens unless stated otherwise.
Both directions count. Input tokens are everything sent to the AI: your prompt, the conversation history, your contact's details and any knowledge base content. Output tokens are what the AI writes back. That is why two conversations of the same length can cost slightly different amounts, and why a bigger knowledge base or a longer prompt costs more per reply.
Check your usage at any time. Go to Settings > Billing > Wallet & Transactions in your account to see every AI charge as it happens, including the feature, the model and the token count. You can also set a monthly AI spending limit there so usage never runs away from you.
Pick the plan that matches how hard you want your AI team working. Pay only for what you use, or go all in and stop counting. The AI Employee Growth is included in our Max Plan!

All prices are in USD. Usage-based rates apply once any included allowance is used. Normal call and SMS charges still apply to Voice AI calls on every plan.

Input is what you send the model. Output is what it writes back. Most workflow steps use a few hundred tokens each way.

About 750,000 words. USD $10.00 covers about 3.1 million tokens. Both tools are billed on the work done, not the number of prompts. In AI Studio a single prompt can cost roughly $0.90 for a simple landing page, $1.65 for a 7-page site with a blog and contact form, or $1.95 for an image-heavy design page, and each follow-up prompt that refines the build adds to that. Generated images are the biggest cost driver, not page count. Ask AI varies with task complexity, the number of messages and AI turns, actions prepared or completed, approvals, image or visual generation, use of web or connected data, and whether the task creates or updates assets in your account.

Billed on the tokens each reply uses, at the rate of the model your bot runs on. See the model rates table below for a worked example.
Made up of a $0.0675 per minute voice engine charge plus the voice you choose (from $0.0225 per minute), plus AI model tokens and your normal call charges. Speech-to-speech models are a flat $0.15 or $0.30 per minute instead. See the voice table below.
1,000 prompts per day are included on every plan, so most people never see this charge.
All prices are in USD. Advanced AI rates apply on the Pay-Per-Use plan and once any included plan allowance has been used.
Conversation AI, Voice AI and Agent Studio let you choose which AI model runs your agent. Each model has its own price per 1,000,000 tokens. Smaller models are cheaper and quicker, larger models are smarter and cost more.

Worked example. A Conversation AI chat that uses 100,000 input tokens and 25,000 output tokens on GPT-5 costs 100,000 ÷ 1,000,000 × $1.875 = $0.19 for input, plus 25,000 ÷ 1,000,000 × $15.00 = $0.38 for output. Total about $0.56 for the whole conversation. The same conversation on GPT-4.1 Mini would cost about $0.12.
Agent Studio can also use image, video and web search tools, which are billed per image, per second of video or per search at the rate shown in the agent builder. Model rates are set by the AI providers and can change.
A pay-per-use Voice AI call has three parts: the voice engine, the voice you choose for your agent, and the AI model tokens from the table above. Your normal call charges apply on top on every plan.

Worked example. A 10-minute call with a standard voice costs 10 × ($0.0675 + $0.0225) = $0.90, plus the model tokens the conversation used, plus your normal per-minute call rate. On AI Employee Growth the first 100 minutes each month are included, and on Super Voice AI minutes are unlimited, but the per-minute call rate still applies.
Check your usage at any time: every AI transaction, including the token count and the model used, is listed in your account under Settings > Billing > Wallet & Transactions.
Section two
Everything to do with phone numbers, calling and texting sits here: the per-minute and per-segment rates, what a number costs each month, and how to keep your texts cheap.
You need to purchase a dedicated phone number through Tekmatix to send and receive calls and texts. Monthly number charges apply and are listed further down this section.
You can send SMS internationally. For American and Canadian numbers you will need to apply for A2P and verify your number. There is a one-time fee for all A2P applications: $24.50 for Sole Proprietors and Low Volume, $71.90 for High Volume.
Charges vary per country. The tables below are examples covering five common countries, not a full rate card.

Calls to mobiles cost more than calls to landlines. Outbound rates are listed separately for each, so check the mobile rate before you run a calling campaign to a list of mobile numbers.

MMS lets you send images, GIFs and other media in a text. It is billed per segment, the same way SMS is, and is currently available for the United States, Canada and Australia.

MMS is only available in the United States, Canada and Australia. Sending media to any other country will go as an SMS with a link. Australian MMS is materially more expensive than SMS, so use it deliberately.
Turn recorded calls into searchable text, with the transcript saved against the contact so nothing said on a call gets lost.
USD $5.00 transcribes about 139 minutes. Charged on top of the normal per-minute call rate, and only on calls that are recorded with transcription switched on.
Price is in USD and applies per minute of call audio transcribed, on both inbound and outbound calls. Transcription is switched on or off in your phone system settings.
You pay per phone number monthly. Prices do vary and are subject to change.
Monthly charges per number. Recharge and over-quota rates are as listed in the tables above. All pricing in USD. Applies to new accounts only from 27th March 2026. Number types not listed are not currently available in that country. Not all countries are listed, to check your exact pricing and availability, go to Settings > Phone System and click on add number.
The way you write your texts has a big bearing on the cost. Texts are billed per segment, not per message, so a single long text can quietly cost you four times what you expected. Where possible, stay inside one segment.
We all love an emoji, but a single one changes the encoding of the entire text and multiplies your cost. Here is the same message, sent twice.
Segment counts are set by the carriers and are the same worldwide. Links, line breaks and special characters such as curly quotes also add to the count, so paste your draft into a segment counter before you send to a large list.

Email is the cheapest channel on the platform by a wide margin. Every USD $5.00 you top up sends 5,000 emails.
